How to brew

For a standard cup (8 oz / 240 ml):

1. Place 3–5 dried chrysanthemum flowers into your cup or teapot.

2. Heat fresh water to just below a boil, approximately 195–205°F (90–96°C).

3. Gently pour the hot water over the flowers.

4. Allow to steep for 3–5 minutes. Watch as the dried flowers slowly unfurl and rehydrate.

5. Strain the infusion into a cup or enjoy it in the traditional style with the beautiful flowers left floating in your glass or pot.

For a stronger, more intense brew:
Use 8–10 flowers per 8 oz cup. Extend the steeping time to 5–6 minutes. The result will be a deeper golden color and a richer flavor profile.

For iced chrysanthemum infusion:
Prepare a double-strength brew using 8–10 flowers in 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the hot infusion directly over the ice. Stir in a teaspoon of honey or rock sugar if you prefer a lightly sweetened iced drink.

Traditional goji berry blend:
