I'm an adult with plentiful and fine hair. I'm using this preemptively when I brush my hair.... I've had a lot of knots lately and I think it's because I toss and turn in my sleep.... So I'm going to start breeding my hair before bed every night... But also as most curly girls know we sometimes don't brush our hair with a brush because it can make it look frizzy or whatever. But I need to brush more often - as in, multiple times a day- to prevent knots, and the wonderful smell of the spray makes me want to brush it. So I haven't used it to dissolve any knots yet, but I can't say I sprayed it in my hair, multiple sprays, it smells like a rich juicy fragrant apple, I absolutely love the bottle it comes in, and it's making my hair not feel sticky at all. This is going to become a semi-regular part of my routine.
