Sent a wrong piece. Pneumatic closer cracked wood

We were sent a wrong part. We tried to use it anyway and cracked the wood. The pneumatic closer is the wrong piece and doesn't fit with the predrilled holes. Our piece has 3 holes, the piece in the instructions and that it is predrilled for has 4 holes in a different pattern. We tried to install it anyway, but it cracked the wood when we tried to close the top because I think the pneumatic closer is too long as well. I have contacted the seller hoping they will replace it with the correct piece. The vanity is beautiful and asembled easily, not top quality with pressed wood but that is to be expected for $99. If the pneumatic closer piece was correct and didnt break the vanity, I could have given it 5 stars
