Inaccurate sizing

ZERO STARS! Item says 44" but when you measure - it's only 40". Also the cup size is a joke! A bra that is 44" should have a cup size of large C or small D. THIS IS ONLY AN "A" CUP!!! Not kidding I have sports bras with more cup room than this has! I waited forever for this item to arrive (didn't realize it was coming all the way from China). What a waste of time and money!
