Beautiful Little Pan
I was specifically looking for a smaller pan for smaller things to cook and this pan does it perfectly. I was not sure that the handle would not get too hot, but after a few sessions I was pleasantly surprised that somehow the handle does not get hot. How do you do that?

Great Mini Pan!
This pan was not able to be shipped to Minnesota due to whatever was in the non-stick coating compounds, so I shipped it to a friend in Wisconsin who then shipped it to me. I'm thinking this was the reason this pan was discontinued. Still and all, it suits this 71 year-old single man just fine! Go with Anolon!
