Really cools you off

The beads on this cooling car seat are comfortable (I didn’t know if they would be, by looking at the picture). It feels like it cools a bit without even being plugged in and turned on. I like that the cord for the plug is long enough for your passenger to use this cooling seat if needed. On the high setting, the fan (at the bottom, shown in 2nd picture) really blows out cool air, so I think I would use the low setting more often. It feels like it cools your seat and legs more than it does your back. I wish the plug was not just a car plug, but a usb compatible, because I would really like to use this for my office chair. I could see this being very nice for long car rides, but I always worry about whether or not things are draining my car battery when they need to be plugged in.

Nice massaging seat cover!

What a nice seat cover! The massaging beads feel really nice, and will help with long road trips. It fot my vehicles seat perfectly. Road trips usually make my back hurt, and my posture and pressure points suffer a lot. I got this to help alleviate those problems. Living in a humid, hot summer environment made the fan an even more attractive feature. Very happy!

Not very comfortable or cooling

I ordered this item with high expectations for our truck. The beads that are supposed to be "massaging" feel very stiff and uncomfortable(like sitting on a lot of little hard balls for no apparent reason) it might be because I am a rather slender person and maybe someone with a little more meat on them would appreciate it more and that's why I am rating it three stars. The ventilation is questionable it's put on high and you can sort of feel a little bit of air moving so maybe that would help to keep your back side cool but when I think of a device on a high level I would expect some serious circulating air moving around back there keeping my tail end cool and comfortable. I live in South Texas and it gets really hot and we get really sweaty around these parts!! I was wearing thin shorts and a t-shirt when I sat on it and I could kind of feel the air, but when my husband (pictured below) sat in it he said he really couldn't feel much air he's a little more "meaty" than I am and he was wearing pants. Overall, I was expecting a seat that was going to be a little more padded and had more circulation running through it I don't think I can recommend this for a slender person, my husband who had more meat on him said that the seat was comfortable to sit on he just didn't feel a lot of air moving under him. I think they should have put a little bit of foam padding over the wooden balls and maybe that would have made it better it does install quickly though it fit perfectly in our Dodge Ram and the straps went around the seat and underneath with no issues.
