Even though I couldn't wait the full recommended time and only gave it ten hours to expand before sleeping on it, this mattress turned out great. This is my first time getting a mattress in a box. The delivery box was about 5ft long and heavy, but the rolled-up shape made it easy to carry up three flights of stairs. It expanded to the full 12" on my platform bed without needing a box spring. I usually wake up with back pain, but after just the first night, my back pain was gone. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable, providing a great balance of cushioning. My laptop stayed in place on the bed when I got off; great motion isolation. The bed also stays cool while sleeping, which has been great for temperature regulation. I did notice a lack of edge support, but that is expected since the foam and coils haven't fully decompressed; it should be over the next couple of days. It already delivers a good night of sleep and feels like a real upgrade despite the rushed setup.

Was very skeptical bc this arrived at my house like a rolled up rug. It came with a little cutter to make cutting around the plastic easy. It worked great and it was fun watching the mattress plump up. It plumped rather quickly as well. Very comfy and cushiony. I would describe it like sleeping on a cloud. I am a side and stomach sleeper and no issues
