This is not adjustable or roll.The base and table are plastic with a c-Bar and4 screws that join them. Assembly is less than two minutes. Great height if one wanted a none adjustable table. It does not have rollers so it is stationary. It will not roll. I feel like I got scammed. Very disappointed.
