The essential ingredient, ethyl alcohol, AKA grain alcohol, kills all of the viruses that the CDC propagates. This makes conventional soap obsolete. Emollients in it are good for the skin, moisturizing, softening. Does more than any soap can do. Actually kills, not just mechanically remove, like soap and water, but kills the viruses among us.
