This is a really pretty rug in person. I bought the 5x7 size to use in front of my couch, and the size works very nicely for that space. The colors and design are what first caught my attention. The navy blue, teal, cream, and soft pink tones are very pretty together and have a softer, more vintage look in person than some of the listing photos show. I tried to include several close-up photos because I think the details are easier to appreciate in real-life pictures. The rug itself feels nicely made. This is not one of those super thick luxury rugs that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. It's a thinner, lower-pile rug, but for this type and price range, I think the quality is excellent, and you can tell it's well made. It feels soft enough under bare feet and comfortable to walk on. I also really liked the backing. It has a non-slip style backing that is really effective and helps the rug stay in place well. The rug did arrive folded, so there were some creases right out of the package. But I took the photos when I unpacked it, so you can see, they really were not severe at all. I expect them to flatten out more with time. It's also advertised as washable and even came with a slip mentioning machine washing. Personally, I think it would probably be too heavy for my standard washing machine, but I do like that I could potentially wash it at a laundromat if needed. To me, the fact that it has some weight to it actually feels like a positive because it doesn't feel flimsy or overly thin. And according to my cat Lexie, it passed inspection immediately. 😂 She has to inspect every new item that comes into the house and apparently approved this rug very quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with it and think it's a really nice-looking rug for the price.
