Solid construction and smart design
The lock and chain set arrived in a lovely fabric pouch, which I found a bit challenging to fit the chain back into after I took it out. The chain is beautifully encased in a robust nylon material. The lock is substantial, featuring large, easy-to-read numbers on the tumblers - a fantastic feature when you're trying to read them under your bike or in the dark. Changing the combination was simple, thanks to the included instructions. The 6ft chain is the perfect length to thread through the frame to a pole or secure attachment, and it's not too heavy for a saddle bag.

Perfect for securing my generator
When we go camping, I bring along my Predator 3500 generator. To keep it safe, I use this docklock cinch chain and lock. It's a great system that doesn't damage the generator's finish. Overall, it's a perfect solution and definitely deserves a solid 5-star rating.

Good price and simple to program
I chose the 6-foot version of this product over the 3-foot one, giving me more flexibility when securing my bike. The chain is well-covered, with hardly any metal showing. It arrives with a default lock code of 0000, but the instructions make it easy to change to a code of your choice. I found it simple to coil the chain back up and store it in the bag, just like it was when I first unpacked it. The chain is sturdy but not too heavy, making it easy to carry in my bike's saddle bags. It's a great security upgrade for when I need to leave my bike unattended. Overall, it's a fantastic product to help prevent theft of your precious bike.
