Setup & Installation Soak the filter in a clean bowl for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly before first use. Do not soak inside the water tank. Fit the foam filter and silicone pipe onto the wireless pump, then place the pump into the tank slot. Fill the tank with water, install the stainless steel tray and lock the snap lids firmly. Place the soaked filter onto the pipe, then attach the filter lid. Fit or remove the spout based on your pet’s habit. Power on: Plug in for Continuous Mode; battery-only for Smart Induction Mode. Align and set the water tank onto the base properly. Working Modes Regular Mode (Plug-in only): 24-hour continuous running water. Induction Mode (Battery only): 180° sensing angle, up to 80cm detection range; dispenses water for 17 seconds when pets approach. Auto runs 17 seconds every hour to attract pets to drink. Place the back against the wall for best induction. Indicator Guide White breathing light: Charging Solid white light: Fully charged Red flashing: Low battery / Low water level White light flashes 3 times: Power on Cleaning & Maintenance Replace filter and foam filter every 2 weeks; more often for multi-pet homes. Clean pump, impeller and spout every 2 weeks with the included brush. Only stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe; all plastic parts hand wash only. Unplug power before cleaning; never run the fountain without water. Battery Tips Built-in 5000mAh non-detachable lithium battery. Fully charge before first use; supports charging while working. Charge once every 6 months if not in long-term use. Keep away from high temperature, fire and direct sunlight.
