It provides good tummy control without feeling restrictive, and one of the biggest wins for me was that it didn't roll down at all. The waistband came up to just the right height, and the shorts portion stayed perfectly in place around my thighs and legs instead of riding up or shifting throughout the day. I also found it comfortable enough to wear all day, which isn't always the case with shapewear. In terms of fit and quality, this piece definitely delivered. The sizing felt true to size, and the nude color worked well under clothing. The materials and seams felt well-made and durable, and I appreciated that there were no visible panty lines, even under more fitted outfits. The only downside I noticed is that the shorts run a bit long for someone shorter like me. They can peek out under shorter dresses, which is something to keep in mind depending on your wardrobe. Aside from that, this shapewear checks a lot of boxes and does exactly what it promises in terms of smoothing, comfort, and staying put.
