These were as described and arrived quickly. But I realized that they were about $20.00 more than buying it through a USPS facility or authorized seller. I'm sure it is because of the delivery. I did return them and went to the post office to buy stamps. I just couldn't justify the additional cost. But if you are in a hurry and don't mind paying for the convenience, I would recommend this seller.

I received my stamps. The key word is "received". The stamps actually got to me. The last time I ordered, I ordered from the post office. I never received the stamps. I wonder who got them. It's sad that a citizen cannot even receive stamps.
