this blanket is awesome. when i got hot and began to sweat, i've placed myself under it. the cooling effect was immediately. i couldn't believe it. never thought that a simple blanket could keep me cool like that. wow. i am so glad that i've got it. since every time i turn on the air conditioner i become ill with a cold, this is the best solution for me. a 1 year warranty comes it as well as a little bag. best decision i've made in a long time. plus, it's thin and lightweight, too

Cooling blanket

It arrived in a zippered bag. Both the blanket and bag are *thin* material. Very very soft blanket. It feels like silk. Again, thin! Not a comforter and doesn't look thick like the photo. It's like two sheets sewed together. But extremely soft. It is great for a summer blanket.

Truly Cooling

I think this really is going to be cooling - if only based on how cool it feels after being washed in lukewarm water. It feels cooler than the water was. It arrives pretty wrinkled and is still wrinkled after being washed, but tumble drying on low will probably take care of that. It's 68 x 50 inches and nearly covers the top of a full size bed. I wanted to get it for all the nights when a sheet isn't enough and a blanket is too much - which is most of the time. It's soft, drapeable, and a nice shade of light gray. The seam binding on one side is just as nicely done as the seam binding on the other.
