Warranty information
This Limited Warranty provides the assurance to the first purchaser of the PainX® TENS PRO device the following: should device fail to function within normal tolerances due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the expected device lifetime period of three (3) years, commencing with the delivery of the device, Soterix Medical will at its option: (a) repair or replace the device; (b) issue a credit to the purchaser equal to the purchase price or (c) provide a replacement at no charge. A. In case of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be proven using the sales receipt or invoice. B. Repairs under warranty should be in the warranty period either for the device or for the replacement parts. C. The following cases are excluded under the warranty: (1) Damages that arise due to improper operation, e.g. non-obser- vance of the user instruction; (2) Damages due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorized third parties; (3) Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer; (4) Accessories that are subject to the normal course of wear and tear. D. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit is excluded even if the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.
