I took this as a pre Natal, and stopped just after I had the baby. When I felt awful about 1 month post partum I started taking it again, and within a few days felt measurably better. I'm greatful for the Liposomal formula, and the bio identical forms of many vitamins in this product. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The taste is strong, and I do wish there was another flavor choice, but the outcome is amazing.
