Well built and comfy as a sofa. Long legs of teenagers require a foot rest of some kind, but 5 feet tall it's perfect. The sleeper mattress is adequate, but we added a foam mattress topper. Now it's perfect. Makes double use of the same piece of the floor; brilliant idea. We bought 3, 1 each for 2 teenaged young men and 1 for a teen girl. These beds fold up neatly and easy with a simple tug on the cord attached to the sleeper loveseat. Wipes clean if something is spilled. Perfect for small children if they share a room. 2 sofa sleepers fit nicely in an average sized room.

This adorable and functional loveseat easily converts into a comfortable bed. I needed a small loveseat for my office that would match my pink decor and serve as a bed when necessary. This loveseat is perfect for that purpose. It looks great as a loveseat and works well as a bed. For reference, I am 5'9", and I fit comfortably on it when using it as a bed. If you're seeking extra comfort, adding a mattress topper or pad would be a good idea, but it is definitely usable as it is for short periods. Additionally, it was quick to assemble, looks really nice, and feels very sturdy. I highly recommend it!
