I wish it had a real handle on the side like most, but the 2 indentation marks on the side make it fairly easy to grab and hold. I hate your Equate gallon jugs of water now. You removed the side handle and replaced it with a strap around the top. It's not easy for me to handle at all. Put the big side handle back. Thank you.
