Instructions
1.Whisk together mix, water, and egg if using Let batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken. 2.Pre-heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium-high heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 TBSP batter per pancake. 3.Cook until edges are dry and bubbles start to appear, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes on other side.
