I know it doesn’t say low FODMAP, but it sure seems as though it is. There are not chunks of garlic in it, which is great for my gut. It can’t take the chunks. It’s awesome for those who cannot eat garlic. Plus it tastes better than the rest. Makes an excellent scampi. A little goes a long way. Just wish it was in stock!!!
