I'm pretty good about changing oil every 5k with full synthetic. Still, Every 5th oil change I put a few ounces of this in the crankcase and the rest in the gas tank, drive another 50 miles, then change the oil. It comes out much darker than usual. I don't know if it's similar to Seafoam or whatever but it appears to loosen up some stuff.

This is essentially the poor man's version of seafoam. When it comes to really cleaning out your injectors and fuel system, I don't know if it does or not. I just use it about every 10,000 miles in my vehicle's as cheap insurance.
