Not a miracle drug but it's not claimed to be either. I recommend these for someone with severe problems of having to urinate frequently. This was the case for me. At times I was making trips every 5-10 minutes. Now, and after the very first dosage the trips have diminished. It's a little hard to tell exactly how well these work because in my case the frequency of the trips weren't consistent. It all depends upon a number of things including how much you drink and how much you sweat. The soft gels are easy to swallow and no bad taste or odor observed. After the first bottle I'm going to cut back the dosage to one a day. I recommend these and will continue to use them myself.
