Garcinia Cambogia by Spring Valley has been a wonderful supplement for me. I am very pleased to buy it frequently at Wal-Mart. I used to be able to buy it in a larger bottle of 180 capsules until the last few months. I did ask about the larger bottle that was always stocked previously but the sales person did not know if the larger bottle would ever be stocked again. I take at least 2 every single day. The dosage is 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal. I find that on most days I do not eat more than 1 meal a day, so I usually just take 2 capsules. Honestly, it is the very best appetite suppressant and I believe that is why I really do not want any more food after I small to average meal. And I have been taking SV Garcinia Cambogia for several years. I will never be without this marvelous product as long as it is available to purchase. Thank You Wal-Mart for offering such a great product.that helps me to be in better control of a healthier dietary plan. A 🙂
