i cannot state whether it is good for gut flora, for menstrual pains, congestion, nor scratchy throat. We were recommended to get this since our son was exhibiting symptoms of pinworm before vacation to visit extended family; so might as well treat the whole pack! We think it worked since he stopped acting like he had pinworm.

Let me start this out by saying I don't have worms, or at least any proof of worms. I suspected I have parasites because I have been experiencing an insatiable hunger lately especially for sugar. I figure this is the way to kill the parasites in me that want the candy. My husband joined in too but it has not yet curved his desires for energy drinks. It's hard to say exactly how long it takes to work. But what I do like about this medication is that you can get it delivered same day from Walmart and take one dose instead of daily for weeks. It also feels less hokey than other treatments I see on social media that involve droppers of brown tinctures. Does it work? Maybe. We'll see in a few days or few weeks if the sugar cravings subside. As for the taste it's like drinking a banana laffy taffy. Which I hate. Not the worst be also not even good.
