Used this product for years. Bought a 2 pack. i believe the first unit is defective i havent even used it a week and is showing empty. Did not contain 160 puffs. I use it maybe once a day if that. Should be lasting longer. Would like a refund for this or a replacement.

The product itself is fine but the locked plastic container it comes in is impossible to open, even with a hammer. I have to run over it with my car tire to crack it. in order to get into the container. PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE MEDICINE IN AN UNOPENABLE CONTAINER!
