It is very loud and raccoons don't like that.

Raccoons don't like it. That's why I got it. Raccoons were clawing their way into a wood sided shed in my yard. I ambushed them with the horn and they scattered. They came back in a couple of days and I did it again. They haven't been back for two weeks now so far.

For my intended use: a bicycle horn, it's plenty loud. If someone opens their parked car door without looking, this horn sure wakes them up. It's plenty loud to wake up the neighborhood. Easy install and easy to screw the horn to the can. Less than a quarter the Amazon price of $30, and Amazon only gave you ONE!!! Walmart's gave me 2 horns.
