Great Eye Nutrition
I have been taking Ocuvite for 15 years on the recommendation of an optician… At76 I have yet to have my cataracts done. I'm hanging on and I think my eyes are much healthier than they would've been without taking the Ocuvite. The pills are not overly large and have no odor. I take all my vitamins with food so I never have any problems. The Occuvite 50 has leutein in it and zeanthen … very important… along with fish oil.
