These are the same crisp cinnamon cookies as always. Note that, for those who like chocolate, the chocolate ones are actually quite good. Keep in mind that the 2-cookie packs give 5 grams of fiber but "cost" 100 calories. On the other hand, along with the fiber they provide long-lasting satiety. You will feel full %26 not keep snacking--without an injection ;)

How do I preface this? Don't have expectations. That being said this is a nice dry little chocolate cookie that pairs well with coffee and milk as in a glass of milk and a cup of coffee, black coffee. And the purpose of this item, let's just say it fulfills its purpose very well. The price is a little spendy. It does stick to your teeth in a weird way. But it is now on my regular buying list.
