Luden's brand was created in 1879. I am not as old as Luden's , but I grew up with it. I use the throat lozenge most often now, for dry mouth. [medications I take cause that]. I eat these a lot. I have acid reflux and sinus/allergies - so I have a sore throat all the time. I use the sugar free lozenges because I don't want to eat a bunch of sugar and get cavities. They are not that expensive for a whole bag. I keep them in the car, my purse, my desk and the candy bowl in the living room. These are great when you do not have a cold and do not want the menthol kind. I actually am allergic to eucalyptus anyway - so this benefits that as well. Tastes great even thought they are sugar free. I love the cherry flavor!
