The only thing hyper tough about this shelving unit is keeping it together. The base does not sit flat on the floor and once one post is in, it's almost impossible to get a second one in without the first popping out. A rubber mallet will trick you into thinking you've got all 4 posts in one level.. until you go to add another shelf. It would be funny if I wasn't the one getting a level barely held together before it pops apart and collapses like jenga.

Poorly Made and Unstable
This shelf is made very poorly. One of the shelves cracked while inserting the poles, and the whole unit feels unstable once assembled. It also requires a mallet to get the pieces together properly. Definitely not worth the hassle — I expected better quality from Hyper Tough.
