After using to bake chocolate chip cookies… I only told our gluten free family member that it was safe for them to enjoy… and everyone weren't told what I used but thought they were delicious! I like this gluten free flour for baking cakes, cookies, or using to thicken gravy or for coating chicken for frying. It is much more affordable than most other brands. I like to keep a few extra bags in zip up bags in my freezer in case i need them.

Wow, I was not expecting this flour to be this good, I needed some gluten free flour quickly and this is what I could find. It is great for baking! I have been using King Arthur and everything aways had a gritty texture. This is so fine, no grit at all, you cannot tell your baked goods are gluten free. I have also used Bob's Red Mill, One to One, which was better than King Arthur, but still a bit gritty. Great Value is amazing, please try it, you will be so pleasantly surprised!
