I was so happy when I saw the only ingredient was peanuts my 16 month old twins eat lots of peanut butter sandwiches and I just didn't feel right with giving them Jiff pb 10/10 recommend…One last thing as others have said there is a lot of oil separation I just drained it off and it is much better

Stir? Yeah stir, that's the whole point, along with zero bad guys (sugar and salt). I stir in a heaping plastic spoon full of ground flaxseed (both from Walmart) and voila! I have a very healthy snack. Then I paint a Matzo cracker (Walmart - also 0 s %26 s) with my concoction. Thirty minutes after consuming one coated cracker my blood pressure is reduce by 10 points - this is due to the omega-3 in the flaxseed. Give it a go even if you don't have high BP!

Best "natural" peanut butter
Of the "natural" peanut butters, this is the only one that I have found that only contains peanuts and nothing else. It does not contain sugar, palm oil, salt, or anything else. It requires mixing the peanut solid with the oil and needs to be refrigerated. Although it can be a bit runny when at room temperature, it is thicker after refrigeration. It has a wonderful peanut taste, and I appreciate not having all of these other unnecessary additives in it. I eat lots of it and believe you will find you really like also.
