The texture is amazing! It has such a moist crumb! The taste is the best gluten free bread product I've ever tasted! I use this for all of my bread/bun needs now! Seriously! Really, really! Awesome! Canyon Bakehouse has some really good stuff, although there are a couple of bombs. Do not inflict the brioche or Hawaiian bread upon yourself! They weren't just bad, they were *shudders in horror and disgust* My fellow GF's don't do it! These buns however hit the spot for burgers, sandwiches, rolls almost anything bread related! And they can be shipped!🥳
