It is superbly sugary but if this is to be used on a cake, or a small snack for Kids, then it is absolutely fine. over-indulging will lead to extra instant fat accumulation. So, limit your eating of these. But the kids go crazy over it for the sheer flavors available - Chocolate, Hazelnut, strawberry. I bought all three. :)

I purchased these in three flavors, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. None of us could select a favorite. All the flavors were delicious, and the cookie is light and crispy, not stale or overly sweet. Excellent with coffee, or just as a sweet treat.

A nice crunchy sweet treat

So my child has a ton of allergies including dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts and many more. I had been on the search for wafer cookies that my daughter could also enjoy safely when I found these. They are so good (dangerously good because I ate them far too quickly) they are crispy, delicate and so subtly sweet. These are awesome dipped in melted dairy free chocolate chips. These are a snack so tasty to keep on hand for a crunchy sweet snack. I'm happy that they didn't contain my daughter's allergens also. My only downside is that when they were packaged for shipping they had a heavier item packed alongside them and some of them were smashed up. I hope to see these in store they are so good.
