I would have given this 5* for everything but we all know that gluten free bread is unfairly priced. That part is such a shame, but if bread is going to be a luxury item, then this bread can take the crown. It's soft and delicious. I haven't tried it in a lunch box ..I'm not sure any GF bread could handle that, but it was delicious for a chickpea salad with sliced tomatoes and lettuce, it held together beautifully, and it tasted great. I'm no food stylist but Im adding a pic, if you're on the fence, TRY THIS bread! It was soft and squishy. It is made without animal products, so this is pretty much the holy grail of GF bread. So grateful to find it at Walmart.

This is the ABSOLUTE best gluten free bread I have ever tried. Ever since finding out one of my twins had some serious gluten intolerance, I have been on the hunt for some decent bread or at least a recipe. This beats every recipe I've tried. I could almost return my bread maker because this is that that good! I hope they never stop making this!
