Kitten Size/Age: 2-4 lbs; 1-1/4 - 1-1/2 cups <4 months; 1 - 1-3/4 cups 4-6 months; 3/4 - 1 cup 6-12 months. Kitten Size/Age: 5-8 lbs; 1-1/2 - 2 cups <4 months; 1-1/3 - 1-2/3 cups 4-6 months; 1 - 1-1/3 cups 6-12 months; 2/3 - 3/4 cup 12 months (adult). Kitten Size/Age: 9-15 lbs; 1-1/2 - 1-3/4 cups 6-12 months; 2/3 - 3/4 cup 12 months (adult).
