I ordered these and needed them immediately and just by chance Walmart had them on sale and I was supposed to receive two separate pair one a khaki colored and one's light khaki. I just received them and not only was it the wrong color. It was all bunched up like somebody had pulled it out and scrunched them up in their hands and threw them in the bag !!! The one pair I did receive was black!! How is that even possible to screw up???? I was supposed to receive two separate pairs. I received one pair and they were black!! The black pair cost twice as much, too! They come in sets of 2, meaning two sets of shoelaces .I don't know how anyone can screw this up, especially since khaki was the ONLY color that was on sale. I'm furious!! I spend thousands at Walmart sometimes per month and the biggest problems that I've ever had are deliveries and in my opinion, I've never been compensated for all the time trouble and money lost! Most of the time I don't bother addressing it because I take care of my mother 24 seven who's in a wheelchair and I don't have time to deal with this kind of stuff but incompetence plays a huge role in all of these mistakes and myself as a customer and other customers suffer for that if it had only happened once, maybe twice that's acceptable and understandable but not countless times.
