I am an extreme obese person who works in a fast paced warehouse. We are always on our feet and only time we can sit down is on break. These have saved not only my poor feet but they are also have helped my ankles, knees and back. I am not nearly as much pain as I normally would. I have these inside my composite size medium 10.5 womans Reebok shoes and they fit perfectly. However my "Man Wide Toe Box" shoe size 9 doesnt quite fit. The shoe is a little to wide for them. I still use them in there though. Since I get that extra support I have bought addition pairs of these and having them in all my shoes.... I have a lot of shoes so I will be buying a few more packs.

Very cushioned, well made, not as deep as pictured

I bought 2 pair of these for my husband, 2 pair for me and 2 pair for a friend of ours. My husband and I have worn one pair of ours and they are like waling on a cloud. They are well made but are not as deep as pictured. We have put these in our work boots and athletic shoes and they have really helped with arch support. We just received these and this is first impression. We will see the longevity of the support. Hopefully these will help with back and leg pain.

If you're on your feet for long hours/distances theses are a MUST! Working 10-14 hour shifts, walking 7-12 hours each shift, crushes an insole in record time. These inserts provide extra comfort without changing or compromising the support/intergity of the original footbed.
