The purpose for buying this product was I was moving an hour drive away. I needed something to keep my refrigerator and freezer items from losing their temperature and spoiling during the drive. I forgot to mention i live in Texas where keeping things cool can be difficult. I placed my freezer/fridge items and loaded up both insulated bags. When I arrived to my destination and finally unloaded the bags, it was going on 3 hours since my items had left the fridge/freezer. All good!! Everything was still frozen and/or chilled! I highly recommend these insulated bags for so many things.
