Broke on third use, company never replied to me. Walmart associate tried to give me a number in China to call and they hung up on me. AVOID this company and item. It snapped where the battery attaches and the plastic is hollow so I can't reattach the battery plate.

Received the product on May 6. Didn't need to use it until 3 days ago. The saw struggled to cut through any larger than a small tree branch, and the batteries may have lasted 20 minutes each. Contacted seller for a hopeful resolution, still no reply.
