Flimsy and useless.

We bought this item for a trip to Disney World, in case of a sudden Florida rainstorm while we're in the park. We decided to use them on the Splash Mountain ride. What a joke! They are made of the flimsiest, thinnest plastic imaginable. One poncho tore while being removed and unfolded. The other tore while one of us was trying to put it on - the "hood" part tore away from the main portion, which is like a very flimsy garbage bag. We tried to put them on anyway, but they just flapped around in the breeze and would not cooperate. In retrospect, we would have done better to bring lawn-and-leaf bags with holes cut in them. Or spent a bit more and gotten a better-quality poncho. Bottom line: Don't waste your money.
