For swelling and water retention Why not use lemons and limes in iced tea daily. Using the use ofa total of 4 lemons and limes per day really stops my water retention.

Only 2 limes were green in the whole bag the other 9 were so light green they almost looked white!! They'll rot before they'll ripen!! I guess that's what I get for not being physically able to shop for myself.
