Ralph Shugert Vinca is a wonderful groundcover with multiple attributes that make it a standout in any partial to full shade area. White and green variegated foliage that sports intese blue funnel-shaped, single flowers that emerge in late Spring into fall. A low growing vinca, it reaches up to 6 in. Tall and 8 in. W in 5-years. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 8.
