2.18 Carat T.G.W. Amethyst and CZ 14kt Gold over Sterling Silver Heart Pendant, Earrings and Ring Set

So my boyfriend bought me this set for my birthsay. Its very pretty and I really liked it, the only thing was the ring, it was poorly made, the ring began to turn silver and the purple stone fell out :( now i cannot find it to have it replaced. I am assuming there was a glitch when making this ring, i am not sure, i would have loved it even more it the stone didnt fall out :)

It is a pretty set, I really liked the stone color. I got it as gift. However, I was disappointed with its quality because one of the earings broke the first time I used it. Now, I can only use the pendant and the ring.
