Picture of the bottle is NOT the product that I got. This one is clear. My usual, which is the one pictured, is not. It's more of a creamy look to it. I buy this one because its gentle formula works for my hands which are allergic to most other products. I'm out of soap and live too far away to go back right away to return it. It will be a week before then. Change the picture to match the product you're selling so the consumer knows what they're buying. Thank you! (Ps, don't mind my husband's mechanic hands dirtying up the bottle of what I normally buy.)

"new formula"

After years of using this dish detergent, which was about the only one my hands liked, they changed the formula. Obviously, it went from pink cream, to near red equal to its brothers and sisters blie consistancy. It no longer agrees with my hands, or my wallet. Thanks corporate America. Thanks for striving to make every aspect of life miserable, including the tasks that only had one reprieve to begin with. Thank you so much for taking away that reprieve.

As well, this product has been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. We'd like to mention that the only change we made was removing the opacifier, which was the ingredient that made it look opaque/cloudy. This was only in the formula for aesthetic reasons, and removing it has no effect on the mildness of the formula. New formula is subpar. Very disappointing.

I am very disappointed in this product ever since they changed the formula. It used to be cloudy now it's clear. Before it actually did everything that it said it would do. My hands were moisturized after doing the dishes. Now my hands are so dry and cracked it's actually painful. Even the scent is different. I really wish they'd go back to the original formula instead of the cheap alternative formula they chose to use instead. Also, the tiny little foil seal is near impossible to remove so I just end up poking a hole in it to save myself the hassle.
