Instructions
Adults and children 12 yrs. & older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Do not swallow. Children under 12 yrs.: ask a dentist.

Can't find it locally
I have used this Crest flavor toothpaste for 7 months and I really like it. I don't like that I can't find this flavor of Crest in any local stores and I really don't like ordering anything online. I like shopping locally.

Noticeable performance.
I received a free sample from my dentist two years ago and noticed reduced sensitivity and a much cleaner feel right away. At my six month check up my dentist noticed an improvement. Unfortunately my regular grocery store stopped carrying this but I will look for it elsewhere. Please continue to make this product. Thank you.
