My gut couldn't tolerate the standard iron supplements, which caused vomiting, and IBS distress. I gave up trying to take anything. I found these Gentle Iron and decided to give them a chance. The very first night they worked! I had no nausea, no vomiting, no IBS distress. Pros: Gentle formula Cons: capsules are large only available by shipping I highly recommend these to anyone who struggles with taking iron supplements. I will buy again.
