At 25F outside the pair heat my entire home and thermostats work like central heat, with 1 or the other usually turning itself off much of the day. Works well, heats room well when I am home alone working and don't want to heat the whole house. I don't have to worry about the dogs being burned on it or knocking it over. Dropped a star for the remote, doesn't respond well from a distance, seem to need to be close. Otherwise very pleased with purchase. Love the timer so I don't forget to turn off or think I turn off.
