Very good seeds, helps with the munchies and salt cravings. Only thing I don't understand is how the 5.25 oz bag (149 grams) has only "2 servings" in a container when the a serving is only 30 grams. The calories per container list "430" but if a serving is 30 grams at 190 calories, it would be more closely toward 943.667 calories for the bag.
